bio father

the bio father is in wash. state 100 miles away with custody of 15 yr old son, 11 yr old daughter visits weekly to bio father with one month stay annually. apparantly son has been physicaaly abusive to the daughter but courts still approve visits. son has attempted harmful injury to mother.
