I live in SC due to divorce credit cards were sent to collection. now i have judgments against me. Will my soon to be wife be hurt by my prior credit? What is sol on judgments? can they hurt her credit if we are married?

Statute of Limitations on Judgements in SC is 10 years, and they can usually get extensions of a least another 10 years after that :(

The impact on your wife-to-be's credit is basically nothing, your debts will not affect her individually. However, anything you try to buy JOINTLY, like a house, WILL be affected because your credit history will be reviewed along with hers.
