What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL/NY

Can a person who already has a reversed Mortgage on a Florida home get a new mortgage on a NY condo?

If a bank was willing to write such a loan, I don't see why not though they usually want you to have some sort of income before they'll write you a loan. Further, that reverse mortgage is called as soon as they do not live in the property any more.
