Defendents have filed memorandum of law and motion to dismiss, opposition
was also filed.
No judgement or ruling was made, filed or returned from the court on dismissals.
Now initial conference and case management order was recieved: Sept. 2nd.
The Defendents are now requesting stays until the motion to dismiss is answered.
The court didn't give one....Do i have to wait for a decision on the request for dismissal, now that stays have been applied, and if so, how long can i be expected to wait for the decision, with the IC just around the corner?
