What is the name of your state?ca
Who would have New Year's visitation with the children if court paper say
January 1 12/31 noon-1/1 noon being that mom has odd years and dad has even years. Was there a type-o with putting January 1 instead of New Year's eve?

Since the order is vague and ambiguous, the child should be placed on a sidewalk and left there.

LMAO!!! :)

Maybe they can go back to the days of the ol' western and place the child on the ground...take 12 steps in opposite directions and the quickest draw wins!

You know, I have to wonder why people write such stupid posts. There's no answer to this type of idiocy and that's because people insist on writing their own, incredibly stupid child/visitation plans. Everyone thinks they're their own best attorney - - except when the crap hits the fan.

You idiots deserve what happens to you.

Right on Sir. Couldn't agree with you more.

I know you work hard for others and yourself to do the right thing and get a ton for your efforts.

Have a Happy Holiday, and my best to you and your family in the coming new year.
