If you are seeking a divorce from someon you have been seperated from approximately 2 yrs(not legally on paper but living in different dwellings)and they contest this divorce can a divorce be granted anyway? Unreconcilable differences will be the reason for divorce among other things. If anyone has any suggestions or answers pls help me.. Thanks

Please put your question into the proper case, and someone may answer you. Right now it looks as if you are yelling.
