What is the name of your state? North Dakota
Hello, my name is John and I have a few questions. I live in Minot, North Dakota and attend Minot State University. Anyways, I just recently purchased Russ Dalbey’s Winning in the cash flow business. Now, to understand my questions, I guess you will need to know what this business is. To put it simple, I would be finding a note, list it one the winning in the cash flow business website, and make money. I would be “flipping,” which is locate someone with a note (both residents and none residents from North Dakota) and match them with a buyer from the website. My question is will I need a license to do this and if so what type? I would like to refer most of the notes out there, but mostly real estate notes and commercial leases. I used the words homing pigeons in a good way.
I think of the investors here as our home, we are sent out to find note's, and come back home to our investors, and let them know what we found. We are then sent back out to give the note holder this information, and if that note holder agrees, we get paid for our efforts (Flying is not cheap!).
Anyways, talking to people on the website discussion board have all different opinions on what type of license I need, or don’t need, I am just not sure. Any advice or help will be greatly appreciated and if I am “barking up the wrong tree,” please forgive me and help me contact the right person for these questions.
Again, thanks for taking the time and reading this and it is greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
John
