What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OH

So, I just got married in May. A few days ago I found some pics on the computer that a woman sent to my husband a few days after we got married, so I checked his email yesterday and found that he has been calling and emailing her and telling her how much he misses her and wants to see her and how he dreams about her. She has no idea he is married. Then on his facebook messages, he was hitting on another woman. Needless to say, I'm done. So how does this all work when you just got married and you want a divorce already? I don't know what I need to do to get things started or if things are different if you are newlyweds or what.

Just file for divorce. At least you hadn't started with the stepparent adoption. This is why courts like to see a stable marriage before allowing it.

You will need to file a property affidavit and an income affidavit -- they are available at www.sconet.state.oh.us under domestic relations forms. You also need to file a divorce complaint. Cite irreconciable differences among other statutory issues that you will prove at the proper time.
