In my occupation as a rural newscarrier, I must erect Newspaper posts and tubes for the customers who live a great distance from the paved roadways. I have delivered the same route for 20 years.I have installed hundreds of tubes and posts over the years and have never had a problem.I also work part time as a land surveyor.I have been doing this for many years. I have driven many stakes and pins in the ground.Last year an out of town communications cable company made fraudulent claims and accusations that I had damaged a cable.I did not damage this cable and have told them many times that I'am not guilty of this charge. They stopped for several months and then the telephone calls and nasty letters in the mail started up again. What can I do about this? Can I use some type of legal action to put an end to this once and for all? Please advise!!!!George Carroll
