What is the name of your state? wv (happend in florida)

ok so long story short, this guy wrecked his car and the passenger died. so this forum www.floridadrift.com is on the story just like every other internet car forum. they have a thread going ona bout the whole situation, next thing that night all the news stations are saying that floridadrift.com is "All about street racing", showing screen shots of the actual ongoing thread. heres a link to the tread, it is locked but anyway. the news station says a member said "its cool he got away". this in fact was never said.

so could the website do anything about this? this website was made to help local drivers list and do all that good stuff about TRACK days. events at tracks or road courses. there is nowhere in there that sya "all street racers, show your stuff here" or "street racing is us".

now the admins are getting hate mail and bad publicity because of this.

heres a news article...
