What is the name of your state? OH

If I receive no response in 30 days after requesting validation (by CRRR of course), what is my next step? Do I pull my credit reports and dispute with the CRA?

Yes, and you send along a copy of your letter to the CA AND a copy of the green certified mail receipt showing the date it was delivered to the CA. That is proof the have not responded - if they can't validate to you, yet verify with the credit bureaus thats something you can nail them for.
