Dwi Nh

I refused a breath test. Is there any chance that with a plea I can get 90 day revocation?

I'm afraid that the 180 day is manditory no matter what in NH. I also understand that here is no daytime license in NH.

What is the going rate for a attorney to represent me?

Of course I know what you are goping to say, "GET A LAWYER", I have that part figured out already, so no need to state the obvious.

Thanks

“No such thing as a 'going rate'. Getting legal representation is NOT like shopping at Wal-Mart.”

By "going rate", I'm asking for a range or "fair market value" for a service . Now sure what your Wal-Mart comment has to do with anything here.

For example I expect to pay $3,000 - 10,000 depending on the appearances an attorney must make. I was just asking for someone else’s more experienced advice on the situation.

I realize like anything else you usually get what you pay. (example a public defender vs. an experienced specialist that handle DWI cases)

Okay, I'll play your game of stupidity....
Figure from $200 to $450 per hour. Multiply times the numbers of hours it takes to complete your case.
So, got a number yet???

I certainly not playing a game nor am I stupid. Ignorant to these procedings, "Yes!", this is my first offence. That's why I'm asking questions.

If you looking to have a flame war with someone, just move on please ....

Have a Happy Easter
