i am about to be 22 and my father left my mother when she told him she was pregnant with me. when the blood test came back that i am is he told the judge there is still the 1% chance she is not mine. then when my mother asked for child support the judge told him to get a job. and then i took off and i never saw him again but i have been looking for him and i found him two days ago. i was wondering if my mother could sue for the money he owes her?

So, was there ever a court order to pay child support? When was the paternity test done?
