She owned house for 6 years, she paid for 4 years, I paid for 2 years after moving in.
(Thus, she made 2/3 of the payments, I made 1/3 of the payments)
She purchased house for 160k sold house for 307k (150k profit)
I did not ask for 1/3 (50k) ...I didn't ask for anything.
She took me to Asia to meet her family, was supose to be 2 weeks family time and
4 weeks vacation time. Once there the plan was changed without my knowledge or concent, I spent a month on a Thai farm deep in the interior in the middle of no where, they would not tell me when we were leaving or even translate for me. She would not give me my plane ticket or pass port, and she had all the money I felt kidnapped, seriously, and began to fear them all, the relationship plumeted from there.
I said "if you don't take me to a city now, I'm going to leave you, if I ever get out of here" They all basically said, "Up to you, she needed you when you make the house payments but now she sold house, not need you anymore"
She was born in Asia, but is a US citizen now.
To my relief we finally get back to USA, and I find out my dog was put down in the pound, her brother was supose to be taking care of it, but it got lose, and he would not pay to get it out of the pound. Her daughter was losing her house and needed a place to stay, and our relationship by then was bitter, she told me to get out to make room for her daughter and her daughter's child.
I had quit my job to go to Asia with her, I had no job and told her I need a 30 day notice.
She went to some court and got a restraining order to get around the 30 day notice.
I was removed from my place of residence without notice, with no job, and thrown into the streets, in the winter time.
10 days later (today) I went to the hearing, and I learn the restraining order was granted because she said I often pointed my pistol at her, the kids, and the dog.
It was pure lie, I have no history of violence in my 40+ years on earth, no criminal record what-so-ever, but now, I will have this lie on my record? Yes? No? ...Anyway I've had enough.
Is there anything I can do? Do I have any rights?
Can I at least sue for damages or something?
Can I at least get the lie tarnish off my otherwise good record?
Oh, one more thing, we were never legally married. House was in her name.

Also I have been hearing some other things about them, having purgered themselves in court, in the past. Her sister in law was having an affair, wittnessed by her daughter, whom told her mother (restraining order lying plaintiff) whom then confronted her sister in law, whom then threatened to take half of her brother's everything if there was a divorce, and suddenly a plan was hatched, wherein charges of rape were made against the romeo, so the marriage could survive, and I am told the daughter testified at that rape trial, uh? but not to what she saw, and on orders by her mother, basically lied and a man was charged with rape, though I am unsure of the results of that case.
I was trying to dig up anything to discredit her credibility.
but it was only bits and pieces I got. I know there was a trial though.
