for a friend in New Jersey 4 questions-thank you:

1)He signed a divorce agreement w/o consulting lawyer in which he agreed to pay $1,000 per month in child support. He has found out that he was only obligated to pay $731 per month. After 3 years of tacit acceptance, is wife entitled to back pay?

2)Can he be arrested for falling behind with child support payments?

3)Can his ex-wife garnish his unemployment check?

4)Can a reduction in child support payments be retroactive to the last date of employment?

thanks again
