I had some biopsy's sent to a lab and my health insurance paid them in full. The lab is refusing the payment because they are saying that the insurance company is sending my payment on a check with other peoples payments and they want a separate check. My health insurance is saying they do not do it this way and the lab is billing me every month. I am at a stalemate and dont know what I can do. Please help!!!
