Ex BF is bringing me back to court, to have arrears dropped or lessened, He feels he should get credit for items purchased for my household(not related to child). He is looking to get credit prior to support being filed ,for a year he feels he over paid.
This matter was brought before the Judge beiginning of the Year, finacial disclosure was done ,for both he now states his numbers where not correct Just any ole thing was written down by him and his lawyerand filed, He wants credit for year prior to me filing for support. It took the courts one year after me filing to finally give us a date to wrap this up three months later now he is trying to redo the whole thing again.
Tried to present this to probation , they did not buy his story so they told him politely he would not get the arrears dropped, and the credit bueru would be notified of his lack of payments toward arrears.
What are the chance that the judge will actually entertain redoing his numbers for finacial disclosure and his arrears?
