What is the name of your state?
I live in Ohio, but purchased the vehicle in Indiana.

I live in Ohio and purchased a 1991 Jeep Wrangler on eBay from an individual
in Indiana on 12/25/04. No where in the auction ad or any papers that I
received from the seller, including the Title, was it stated "AS IS"
condition. In fact, the auction stated"Vehicle is mechanically excellent and
can be driven anywhere". I drove it home from Indy on 1/3/05 and took it in
for an oil change and inspection on 1/6/05. I was advised that it needed 4
new U-Joints and a major support bracket in the rear was broken off. I was
told that it was dangerous for me to have driven it home. I paid for the
vehicle with a check for a down payment and cash for the balance when I
picked it up. The sellers advised me to bring it back, but changed their
minds the next day. I stopped payment on the check and they are suing me for
the deposit. Can I countersue for the return of the vehicle for a full
refund and win since it was not posted "AS IS" condition?
