New York. I signed a stock option document which included a no competition clause in it. I work for a limosine company and now wish to leave this company for another. I am not an officer in this company and am 54 years old working in this business for 30 years. Since I do not know any other type of business, can this contract be broken. The stock options have been paid to me in full when the company was bought out by another. Please help!!!
