he's doing his time for what he did and going throught rehab. us having sex and a relationship isn't really a crime. maybe it was against the law, but that doesn't mean it was wrong. i have to fight for us. i cant just let this go. i may not be able to do anything, but i have to try.

You both need a criminal defense attorney. Things that are against the law are crimes. You may have some defense but you need an attorney, let us know what the Public defender says and also after you look at the actual file in the court house
