When the reserve price on an ebay auction for a printer was not met -I was not a bidder- I emailed the seller and made an offer that was accepted. I sent a casheir's check for the printer and shipping (he's in CA, I'm in FL). Now, after a month, I have not recieved the printer and email inquiries get no response.
I have his name and mailing address, the email messages and a carbon of the check with a notation that this was payment for a laserprinter.
What can/should I do to get either the printer or the money?
