How long will it take for No Fault payment to be settled. Our pain and suffering pay was settled sinceAugust.
I just got a call from my Lawyer that they are going for arbitration soon. I thought pain and suffering and lost wages should be paid at the same time since case is settled few months ago.
Can I also call the other insurance company to find out if the settlement they gave us is what they said,it is.
