Pedestrian hit by taxi in 04. No fault case settled, but never got the shoulder surgery for bone chip removal due to other health problems. Problem now solved, but the no-fault insurance is history. Can I still request repairs under my private insurer without paying out of pocket or does this fall back to a no-fault issue?

Thanks.
