I was in an accident today but i was not at fault. I was driving my uncles car and he told me that he recently canceled the insurance policy. On top of this, we (myself and the party at fault) did not call the police. What can/should i do? I got all of his information and i also have a signed statement from him saying that he caused the acident. I NEED YOU HELP ASAP!
