Recently I was involved in an accident and had no insurance. No one was injured and there was minimal damage to her car. I'm not really worried about that, what I'm worried about is the law. I showed the police officer an insurance card that looked current but in fact was not. What could happen to me? Could I go to jail? Could my license be suspended? I'm in the State of Georgia.
