No Lease Agreement Please Help me

I lived in a townhouse for a couple of months because I had no where to live and a friend of mine owned a townhouse that she let me live in . Well I never signed any kind of lease with her and now she is trying to sue me because I moved out saying that I owe her money for a week of rent and on the Utilies. Nothing was in my name there. Can she sue me when I didn't have a lease with her?

Of course you owe her something,you should have offered to pay her because YOU LIVED THERE. You asked a friend for help and she helped you ... and this is how you DONT repay her.

I was not like that at all. She is not a friend of mine anymore. She has threatned to kill me and I am still getting harassed by here. I had to move out because the harassment got so bad.

why dont you call the police file a complaint, document the harassment and get a restraining order on her...
