No Leases Agrement Verbal or Written

I live in LeFlore County in the State of Oklahoma. My dad gave me permision to put a house on 14 acers. my wife and i have lived here for 5 years. now my dad wants to kick us off. he came to our house and cut all the barb wire that held our sons horse and threten to burn our house down. Please help. What is Squatter rights? Do we have any writes and what can we do to protect our home?

Sounds like he was drunk or high and needs some family intervention to get him to a hospital..

No one who is sane acts like that to family.
