Good day, I agreed to let a friend store some items in a house I wasn't using, but was planning to rent out, so they agreed to pay me the amount for storage that I would have received for rent if I had rented the place out. I want to turn off the utilities, that are still in my name and have them get their stuff out. How can I accomplish this?

Oh Sorry, they say they have no where else to put their stuff and I am needing to rent the house out. I have had numerous chances in the past few months and can not do anything about it.
