not rental property/no rental or lease agreement

I let an aquaintence stay in my home with the verbal agreement she would give me a certain amount, It is not rental property nor was there a rent agreement or lease. She has not paid enough to cover the electric or telephone(in my name) but one time, has cancelled MY telephone service in order to establish her own without consulting me. These are but a few things she has pulled...my question..since this is a private residence, she has not paid the agreed amount, thus my electrical service will be disconnected and there was no lease or "rental" agreement plus I need to get in my home in order to move my belongings to storage in a certain amount of days, (before I no longer have electrical serv..Am I bound to landlord/tenant laws when it comes to "evicting" her? My property is in Wa. and I just recently married & moved to Az. I had not yet decided what I wanted to do with my house &property & she was down on her luck. It was kinda like a favor for a favor, she gets a roof over her head and privacey of approx. 10 wooded acres...I thought I got someone to "watch" my house & protect against vandalism.
