What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? LA

So the ex no-showed for visitation. He was arrested for drugs a week and a half ago and is out on bond. I am in process of modifying custody to supervised visits until his trial is over. I received an email last Thur evening that he had to work during the weekend but his mom would like to keep our girl for him until he came home. I agreed and then heard nothing again. I sent email Friday afternoon, and received no other communication as to if he wanted to swap weekends, or what time his mom was coming to get our daughter.

This weekend is my weekend, and while I offered to swap, he did not reply, so I would assume that my offer is now null. Next weekend 12/19 is also my weekend since I get our daughter 1st half of Christmas this year.

Am I obligated to bring our daughter to dad this weekend if he asks, even though it is my court ordered weekend? I can only compromise so far, but it takes 2 to communicate and the situation is getting a little ridiculous. He can't just get her when it is convenient for him without giving me notice. He has been doing this for months, and would call an hour before he was on his way and just expect me to hand her over, which is what I have been doing to keep things civil. I have swapped weekends back and forth, and then he pulls this no show/no contact ordeal with me this past weekend. (Court Order states he is to have her every other weekend, and every other holiday)
I have just had enough.....

How can he go from wanting to term parental rights (which WILL NEVER HAPPEN), to wanting his mom to have our girl while he worked, to no show/no contact????? What do I do to keep sane???

You are not obligated to give him make up time since he no-showed (unless of course your court order states that).
