Not sure if this is the correct Forum to be in. Here is my question: The building in which my company rents space has changed owners. The new owners have no said that no employee may smoke on their premisis, not even in their car in the parking lot. Is this legal?

I appreciate your assistance, and yes we're aware smoking is bad for you! :p

It's completely legal. Those that wish to smoke are going to have to do so off the property, including the parking lot.
