I’m from Michigan . I was volunteering at a school. There was accusations made against me . The sheriffs department was involved and report was sent to the prosecuting attorney . There were no charges filed. The school had said I wasn’t allowed in school grounds. They sent me a letter and the sheriffs department was notified about this. They stated after a year I could try to get this removed . It has been over a year now. Any suggestions on how to try and get this removed .

What exactly do you want removed? Do you want the school to allow you on their property again?

There were no charges filed against you but there is an existing “no trespassing” order? So you appeared in court?

I never appeared in court . There was no court cases . The letter from the school said I was not allowed on the property . Stating a year after incident date I could contact them to have the decision turned over . They told the school liaison officer this as well and it was only put in their dispatch system as a house watch that I was not allowed there .
