What is the name of your state?TX Does anyone know how far a State will go to prosecute a Parent who runs away with their child while that child is Temp Custody of the State?Is this kidnapping even if rights are not terminated?Will i go to prison for the rest of my life for taking my child?I need to know to what extent i could be prosecuted.Could this be just seen as contempt of court?My child is being abused!

Ok...take a big deep breath and start over. Use proper sentences and explain your situation more carefully. I honestly can't understand what you are trying to ask.

Yes, you can be prosecuted for kidnapping your child if they are in the state's custody, even if you are the parent. Just because you claim your child is abused, it has to be proven. As you stated in another post, CPS doesn't like to get involved in custody battles and accusations of abuse are pretty standard. So what is really happening?
