I currently attend college in Georgia. I allowed a friend to stay with me for approx. three months. I trusted that she would help with the rent and utilites while she was there since we are old friends. She explained that once she had paid all her other fees that she had(probation fees,etc..)that she would put in and help me pay for water and lights. The day my lights got turned off, she packed all her stuff and left. Later on that day I found out that she had moved into her own apartment. I asked her if she was still going to help pay for the months she stayed with me and she said "I never said that I was going to pay you". Do I have enough evidence to take her to small claims/moral court?

Small Claims Court: Not enough evidence.

Moral Court: You will have to find a lawyer who is admitted to practice in this court. Lots of luck !
