What is the name of your state? PA

I am giving my two week resignation notice. Our company does not have any written policy, but I was given 2 weeks vacation this year (to which I have already used maybe 4 days).

Does Pennsylvania State Law require my employer to reimburse me for unused vacation days? Remember, I have nothing in writing.

No, it does not. PA only requires that an employer follow his policy. If there is no policy or past practice of paying out vacation, they are not required to do so.
