What is the name of your state?arkansas
neither party shall co-habit with any other person unless by blood or marriage in the resent of the minor child, nor shall they allow any third parties to co-habit in their residence or place of lodging while the child is present.

this is on the standard visitation schedule. can anyone explain this a little better.I have a girlfriend.how is she suppose to get to kow my son if I can't have him around her.The way this sounds.I have to marry her and then they get to know each other.A friend has invited my son to a birthday party but it sounds like I can't take him.

She can go to a birthday party with you. She can't live with you. Surely she can get to know your son w/o sleeping every night in your bed.

I would never have her stay over night while my son is here. It's just the way I'm reading it and I could be wrong,it sounds like I can't have him around anyone. So what exactly does the word non-cohabitate mean?

Dictionaries are wonderful things.

Main Entry: cohabitate
Part of Speech: verb
Definition: to live together, though not married; cohabit

So NON-cohabitation means you can't LIVE TOGETHER! This really isn't complicated, dude.

But now I'm understanding your visitation problems a bit better. You need a lawyer.

IT's not that hard. Don't have her live there and don't have her stay over when you have your kid. Got it?
