What does the court order say about removing the children from the jurisdiction?

Are we talking about going on vacation or are we talking about moving?

You have the right to file an order to stop her move... HOWEVER, You would have to prove that you are a part of the children's life enough that preventing the move is in their best interest, while she must show that the move itself is not harmful and in the child's best interest.

Without having regular court ordered visitation this may be difficult for you to do. It is at the discression of the judge if you file to prevent the move.
