I bought the house in March 2005. Coldwell Bank agent was selling for the original agent which was the seller's daughter's inlaws. It took all this time going back/forth between Northwestern REC and the well, vs the Geothermal installer of why my heating was so high in the Winter. Finally, the original Agent stated that their is a secondary heating system in the house, since the Geothermal is not a good choice in the cold winters. I asked her if she meant the propane gas logs, and she stated No. I told her I do NOT have a secondary heating choice. None of this was disclosed at the time purchased.

Now I am still going round & round what to do? Is there a statute of limitations on any of this?

Also the windows now have significant water damage and mold growing both inside and out and 2 different Home Owner's Insurance will not pay for them to be fixed since they said they were installed wrong and the seals are broke. Again these are 2 huge picture windows. Original builder died and his wife just died. No disclosure on this also for she had them well covered up along with many other things.

What can I do. My husband was killed since, so this does not make this any easier!
