With which countries does United States NOT have extradition treaties?

We have addressed this before.

Cuba
Iran
Pakistan
Ivory Coast
Libya
Sudan
North Korea
Vietnam
Yeman

U.S. Citizens are barred from visiting all the above except Sudan and Vietnam. Sudan is in the middle of a nasty civil war and is not a very nice place at this time. Vietnam limits the number of visitors from the US. Of course you risk the chance of deportation from any country and they would be glad to return you to the US.

In short, living free in any place you might want to flee to is likely worse than doing the time in jail or prison in the US.
