is there a law in idaho requiring physicians to alert the patient before a procedure is completed that they are not participating in my insurance?

Call the Idaho Insurance Department and state health department and the medical board, but usually it is a consumer's duty to ask, not a doctor's duty to tell.IF the doctor lied, that's another issue.
