i am a single dad of two girls. i have coustdy of the kids. my ex wife has not paid child support for 8 months. i have filed thur dhs for enforcement of child support. i have been told they was taking her drivers lic. and then and other person from the state of oklahoma told me they had to take her to court before anything can be done. what are the steps the state will take on enforcement of child support? and is there anything i can to do to hurry the state up on collecting?
