we have a customer that refuses to pay his bill. we have called and spoken with him and he assures us that he will pay but never does. now he has stopped taking our calls. my question is what is the best way to handle this, by best I mean simple and inexpensive. the order was not that grand and it doesn't warrant getting a pricely fix but we would like to recover this amount if possible.
