What is the name of your state? Texas If we have a property in the name of our non profit organization, through the state and we want to sell this property to relocate the organization. However, there is an individual that is on the mortgage, the primary person, that does not want to sale the property or if we do they only want the organization to have so much to relocate. Now this individual is not on the board of the organization and has nothing to do with the organization any longer, but is on the note at the bank...what rights do we have and what does he have...There are three people on the note at the bank, two want to sale and relocate and one does not, yet he is primary...thank you...
