What is the name of your state? Michigan

Would it be legal for me to promote a function or website whose purpose was to trade coupons? Most coupons, even generic ones that have no specific user information on them (like a name), are labeled as "non-transferable". I would like to know exactly what this term means to someone trading coupons (not selling them).

Also, is it legal for me to use the names of the companies on the coupons, or their logos on a website or advertisement?

Does the situation change depending on whether the service/site is free or for profit?

Thanks in advance for any advice.
