What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Maryland

I lived a number of years in a SE Asian country and would like to designate a long term non-US citizen associate as beneficiary for one of my term life policies. Are there any legal reasons this cannot be done? Are there tax or estate considerations to ponder?

This is a matter you should be discussing with the agent or company who sold you the policy. What you want to do IS allowable.
