We signed a consent decree in 2003, agreeing on custody, visitation, parenting time, exchanges of financial information and med expense/educational expense reimbursement.
My kids' father complies with NOTHING. He is wealthy, we are destitute. When percentages are ordered to be reimbursed by the noncustodial parent, how do I go about getting them? I cannot consult a lawyer, there are no real programs for poor people here. I am also supposed to get bank statements tax returns and other spc financial info every two years. He says no. How do I get the items that the consent decree, and court, say he must provide?
