I live in Pennsylvania. I work for a Nonprofit healthcare agency. I am a 1.0 FTE in their building, but it is split between two different offices. In one office I am a .6 FTE (24 hours in a 40 hour week) and have an hourly wage that I make. In the other office I am a .4 FTE (the other 16 hours in a 40 hour work week) and make a different hourly wage. They have a computer program that we can log into to see our job title, FTE, annual pay, etc. In that computer program they have me documented as a 1.0 FTE in only one office (the higher paying one). That computer program does not show that I am split between two offices and have a pay differential of $8.33. So, in turn, the annual pay that they have documented in their program as what I make is actually $8,000 more than what my income tax information has me documented as making, per my W-2. Is that mis-documentation? I know that their wage/pay documentation is very important to qualify them as a nonprofit. Is there any legal info/advice on this situation?
