Good Evening from England!

We're being sued in the Northern Californian court and have no idea why this court has been chosen. We're in the UK, the company is registered in Delaware but trades in RI.

We'd welcome any suggestions why this court has been chosen.

Also can anybody tell me of Law colleges in Norther California?What is the name of your state?
