the order was for my ex to discuss and for us to set times of visitation. ex said had to talk with attorney and then would talk to me i have not heard a thing from no one. i have called ex's attorney will not talk to me just to an attorney.

If you have custody and the ex is not makeing an attempt to work out visits then you can go back to court and ask that the judge set up a schedual. It should say in the order that you two have a certain amount of time to decide. Once it is up and if you haven't heard back from him then take him back to court.
