What is the name of your state? California
I was uninsured at the time of the accident. I do not normally drive that vehicle but due to unavoidable circumstance - I was driving it.
I was in a parking lot driving on the main road out, when a guy pulled out of a isleway and turned into my truck. It was pretty much like he t-boned me. When I finally got ahold of the insurance rep, she said that the guys statement was that I hit him! The damage is clearly on my drivers door all the way back to my rear wheels. On his vehicle it is his grill and headlights. They took some pictures of my vehicle and made the determination that I am at fault! How can that be when I had rightaway. What can I do since I do not have an insurance company on my side fighting for me? Please help!!

There is not too much you can do, mabye bring it to court to fight the fact that it was not your fault.

Otherwise, if on paper it was your fault, and you don't have insurance, it would mean an out of pocket expensise to fix both your car and his.
